The “Master Code of Biology”: New Biomathematical Tracks in Alzheimer Disease | Fundamental research not yet published enables us to unify, overall, the genomics and proteomics information of any genetic sequence. This fundamental law is based on a bio-mathematics unification of all genetic information (bio-atoms, nucleotides, codons, amino acids, DNA/RNA/Proteins) from the level of the six basic bio-atoms conhsp to the global level of whole genomes. This law, which we name “Universalis Genetic Codes: Global Unified Genetic Codes (GUGC)”, traduces a global genetic tuning and balancing unifying any DNA sequence and its equivalent translated into amino acids. As an indication, one measures a linear Genomics/ Proteomics coupling of 97% for the whole genome of AIDS HIV1- HXB2, length of more than 9000 bp, including about ten genes and enzymes. Concretely, the dynamics of this Genomics/Proteomics coupling is appeared as two correlated curves translating topology and the dynamic evolution of a hierarchical classification of codons throughout the studied sequence. More precisely, the study of these curves shows that this tool highlights the functional areas and active sites within proteins. The specific context of Proteins Self-Assembly area could be an interesting field to run and improve our new basic research approach. Particularly, studying Prions by this method we propose a possible self-interaction with a Genomics/Proteomics correlation coupling ratio of r=99.3%. Such prospects oblige us to propose this new technology in the study of the Genetics of the disease of Alzheimer. We propose results new and not yet published in the three principal tracks of research which are the genes TAU, ApoE4 and BetaA4 Amyloid. Peripheral Hypertension-How to Normalize Pressure and the Pulse with no Medications in Several Days with the Clavitherapy Method? | The molecular method of biocybernetic clavitherapy has been liquidating hypertension remarkably effectively with no medications since the 40s. With child’s ease in minutes by simple procedures you can yourselves with no medications effectively and permanently liquidate drug-resistant hypertension. But it is necessary to relieve cortical tensions early by stimulation gently pressing with two toothpicks between the brows over 3 seconds at the base of the nose and with the other hand with two toothpicks at the back of the head right under the occipital bone on the meridian line for relieving central tensions. The procedure must be repeated several times until pain and burning recede. Next stimulate the projection of the 5th cranial nerve right under the dura mater of the occipital bone halfway through the distance between the median line and the mammary gland. After a few 3-second presses, receding of pain and burning also check in the middle of the fontanelle bone that there is no projection of pain and burning. There is the vascular and motor centre of the blood supply of the brain there. The projection of the zone of pressure regulation in the brain PaM-1 will be indicated by the doctor knowing acupuncture. For More Articles: Biomedical Journal Articles : https://biomedres.us/

Pathological Changes in the Autologous Pericardial Aortic Valve at 10 Years | A 41-year old patient who underwent a successful re-operation 10 years following aortic valve replacement with autologous pericardium is reported. The findings at re-operation are discussed. Aortic valve replacement with a stentless autologous pericardial valve was proposed by Duran and colleagues to avoid complications of a Mechanical Valve (mAVR). The procedure has been demonstrated to be an inexpensive substitute to mAVR and avoids long term costs and compliance associated with anticoagulation, more so in the third world [1,2]. Acceptable midterm and long term results have been reported [2-5]. However, it is not expected to be a permanent substitute because the pericardium is expected to undergo degenerative changes in the mid to long term. Therefore, it is essential for the surgeons to be aware of what to expect at re-operation and be prepared to perform a safe re-operation. We recently successfully re-operated one such patient who had undergone pericardial AVR and report the findings as well as the technique of re-operation. Association of Positive Psychological Wellbeing and BMI with Physical and Mental Health among College Students | This study examined the extent to which Body Mass Index (BMI) and four positive personal attributes (hope, gratitude, life satisfaction, and subjective happiness) contributed to physical and mental health in university students. Participants were 925 university students (591 males vs. 334 females; Mean age = 19.66±1.43 years old) in a major public university in Shanghai. The students completed the physical and mental health survey modified from 2013 and 2015 National Youth Risk Behavior Surveys, the Hope Scale, the Gratitude Questionnaire-6 (GQ-6), the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), the Subjective Happiness Scale, and the self-reported body height and weight used for computing BMI in regular physical education classes. Alpha coefficients of each measure ranged from .83 to .90. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, multiple R-squared linear regression models, MANOVA, and ANOVA as well as post hoc comparisons. The Master Code of Biology: from Prions and Prions-like Invariants to the Self-assembly Thesis | For more than 25 years, we have been looking for biomathematical laws controlling and structuring DNA, genes, proteins, chromosomes and genomes [1,2]. In 1997 we discovered a simple numerical law based solely on atomic masses, unifying the 3 languages of biology: DNA, RNA, and amino acids. This law, “The Master Code Of Biology” is published in 2009 in the book codex biogenesis [3] and then in 2015 in a reference article peer review [4]. In 2017 we publish different applications: HIV, SNPs, brain genetics [5-8]. On the other hand, at the beginning of the 2000s we studied the integrity of the Prions proteins (CJD, Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease), showing a common invariant bi-attractors in “W”, while the amyloid was characterized by a pattern in “V” shape. Since that time, biologists such as Claudio Soto have visually demonstrated in 3D the same biological form in horseshoe for the amyloid protein. Senior Solutions: Direct Composite Fixed Bridges | Remaining teeth in Americans according to the NIH’s 2004 report state that only 22 out of 32 teeth per person are present in people 50 to 64 years of age. That computes to 10 missing teeth per person at 50 or above as the mean stat. It is also calculated that one tooth is missing in 69% of people 35 to 44 years of age. The true statistics of the condition of people’s missing teeth will never really be known as our senior population continues to grow. A less well know patient population that is underserved are those with special needs defined by federal, state and county agencies. Approximately 1 in 5 or 56.7 million Americans out of our current population have some form of disability. Many of these people do not receive dental care that they are in need of and require to maintain or elevate the quality of life. It is admitted by dental economists that there has been a loss in private practice base population with a downturn in busyness for the general dental practitioners. The dental schools are addressing this fact in the modification of their dental school programs looking at these social issues. Long Term Effects of Psychotherapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Models) on Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD) | Body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) is a common psychiatric disorder that frequently presents to both mental health experts and general health practitioners. Generally, BDD for the most part, goes unrecognized and undiscovered in clinical settings. It is critical to perceive and precisely analyze BDD in light of the fact that this often secret disorder might be crippling. Patients with BDD have impaired functioning, poor quality of life, a high rate of self-destructive ideation and suicide attempts. In this way, it is essential to screen patients for BDD and abstain from misdiagnosing it as another disease. Non-psychiatric treatments (e.g., medicinal and / or surgical) which most patients look for and get inadequate for BDD. This article presents a clinically engaged outline of BDD symptoms, causes and analyses long term effects of psychotherapy on it. Cortical Activity Changes after Art Making and Rote Motor Movement as Measured by EEG: A Preliminary Study | This preliminary quantitative EEG study explores the differences in cortical activation patterns of subjects immediately following art making and following rote motor tasks of coin tossing and pencil rotation. It is hypothesized that a sustained, statistically significant difference from baseline occurs in cortical activity patterns, in respect to power and frequency, after art making, and after the performance of non creative rote motor tasks, and that such differences can be detected and quantified with the electroencephalogram (EEG). Ten consenting study subjects underwent EEG recording prior to, during, and after art making and rote motor tasks. Baseline control recordings prior to either task showed minimal changes in EEG power. In comparison, recording made immediately following art making showed a consistent pattern of increased power over the baseline EEG in specific frequencies over both hemispheres, which persisted through the end of the 12 minutes that data was collected. Recordings made immediately following performance of the rote motor tasks also showed a consistent pattern of increased power over the baseline EEG in specific frequencies over both hemispheres. 42 years Old Female with History of Epigastric Pain and Jaundice | Choledocholithiasis denotes the presence of gallstones within the bile ducts (common hepatic duct/ common bile duct). US is best choice of investigation for the patient with history of epigastric pain and jaundice as initial work up along with clinical and laboratory exam as it is easily available, cheap, non-invasive and no radiation. Magnetic resonance (MR), cholangiopancreatography (MRCP) is increasingly being used to evaluate pancreatobiliary disease, providing a noninvasive alternative to endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) [1]. Many reports have described its usefulness and diagnostic accuracy in evaluating various pancreatobiliary abnormalities [2-3], and, according to some reports, in many instances MRCP can replace diagnostic ERCP.
