However it should be noticed that long term usage of BZO may disturb activity of daily life (ADL) and cause unexpectedly critical side effects. To patients with chronic pain, or some neuropsychiatric illnesses such as schizophrenia, clinicians are likely to prescribe BZO more frequently than to patients without these health problems. Nevertheless, it has been shown that there is no evidence that BZO improve clinical course of schizophrenia. Etizolam is a preferable BZO among Japanese orthopedists, for its muscle relaxant effect to stiffness of shoulder, cervical spondylosis and cervical disc herniation, and its hypnotic effect, as well as for its anxiolytic effect. Whereas side effects, muscle weakness, daytime sleepiness, loss of attention, unstable gait, gait disturbance, cognitive impairment, and dependence may reduce patients’ ADL. In addition, less attention has been paid to the contribution of physiotherapy to the quality of life of parents with those children. The primary objective of this study was to evaluate the quality of life of parents with children and adolescents diagnosed with cerebral palsy. A secondary aim was to investigate the contribution of physiotherapy to the everyday life of these parents, namely that the effects of physiotherapy on the child automatically affect the quality of life of the parents. Questionnaires were distributed to parents (N=30) at the Developmental Pediatrics Center “Apostolos Fokas”, which belongs to the 1st Pediatric Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki “Hippocratio”, as well as to a private pediatric physiotherapy center in the Thessaloniki area. Screening of Oropharyngeal Dysphagia in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus | Diabetes mellitus is a systemic endocrinal disease that results either from deficiency of insulin hormone (type 1) or from insulin resistance or both (type 2). Literature is scarce related to dysphagia with diabetes. This complaint is expressed by some patients and needs to be explored. A-EAT-10 is a questionnaire that explores the presence of dysphagia symptoms among patients. The aim of this work is to screen Egyptian diabetic patients (type 1 and type 2) in El-Demerdash hospital for oropharyngeal dysphagia using the validated Arabic version of Eating Assessment Tool (A-EAT-10) questionnaire to explore the degree of such symptom among them. On Optimal Control Pair Treatment: Clinical Management of Viremia Levels In Pathogenic-Induced HIV-1 Infections | The quest to actively draw the attention of research scientist to alternative approach for the eradication of the menace of HIV and its associated pathogens, informed the decision of this present work. In this paper, we concentrated in the formulation of a set of classical improved 3-Dimensional mathematical model, using ordinary differential systems for the study of bi-linear interactions of two infectious variables (HI- virus and parasitoid-pathogen) with the human immune system, in the presence of multiple control pair treatment for the management and sustainability of low level viremia. The model were presented as an optimization control problem, primed by the maximization of uninfected CD4+ T cell count concentration under a minimized systemic cost, defined by the percentage of immunotherapies administered within a finite time interval. The method of analysis explored classical numerical methods known as Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle, which led to establishment of model optimization control strategy; and the existence and uniqueness of the solution of the optimal control pair were critically viewed. Numerical computations of the model, using Runge Kutter of order 4, in a Math cad environment were demonstrated with novel precision results, which not only agreed with known existing models but also showed that the higher the amount of optimal weight factor, that enhances the toxicity of drugs; the earlier, efficient, faster and less amount of chemotherapies required for the maximization of healthy CD4+ T cell count concentration. The model justified the sustainability of low level viremia under set control chemotherapies. Thus, the methodology and use of multiple treatment factors as designed by this model is widely recommended for other related infectious diseases. Contamination of Interventional Radiology Lead Aprons by Nosocomial Pathogens | Lead radiation protection aprons and neck/thyroid shields are used by hospital personnel in rooms where ionizing radiation is present. These methods of radiation protection are used in the catheter lab by personnel such as interventional radiologists and interventional cardiologists who often perform procedures upon immunocompromised patients who are at increased risk for acquiring hospital acquired infections (HAI). In the United Kingdom, HAI constitute a substantial financial burden up to 1000 million euro per year [1]. Patients with HAI remain in the hospital 2.5 times longer and incur higher personal costs than patients without [2]. Oils for Skin Therapy for Suffering Seniors | Owing to aging, many senior citizens experience skin dryness which manifests as itchy skin. Some sufferers may also be accused of having a mental health condition by less-than-kind persons. Traditional remedies include rubbing the body with curative oil like pure cold pressed olive oil or pure cold-pressed coconut oil. The oil is then allowed to seep into the skin with its curative nutrients for a couple of hours, then the excess washed off. It is essential that the oil used in therapy be totally pure, and not hot extracted, or mixed with lower quality oils.
